Key Services Offered:
My core focus is on Sales and Marketing. More specifically
for Sales, I focus on strategy and planning, channel architecture/definition
and management, structures (restructures) and resource management,
customer business planning, trading terms for all/multiple channels,
distributor modelling and management, promoter management, training
at all levels of sales from basic negotiation to sophisticated
customer business planning. I have a great interest and capability
in mentoring and developing sales leaders and successors. I have
enjoyed being a "virtual sales leader and developer"
for my Asian clients and see this as an area of opportuniy for
all clients. Other key areas of competence and focus are Trade
Marketing, Customer Marketing and a model of customer management
I have developed called the "Customer Management Cube"
or CM3, which takes a customized roadmap and applies it across
the clients customer base, differentiating by channel and customer
type. Can be as simple or as complex as you like! For marketing,
I have integrated experience from brand keys through to multi-channel
communication and promotion strategies. Brand activation is a
key interest as too is the integration of consumer and channel
to create optimised sales/marketing opportunities.

Greatest achievement in business has been 3 corporate turnarounds
for Unilever businesses in Philippines, Taiwan and China. (China
being the biggest and most comprehensive). This culminated in
my appointment as Vice President for Sales - Unilever Asia Pacific,
prior to leaving Unilever and returning to Australia.
