CREATE Business Management Services Limited advises multi-disciplinary bid teams for PFI design, construct, finance and manage contracts: the Directors are thoroughly familiar with contract structures and with procedures in the public and private sectors. The company also focuses on training senior executives in SMEs, educational bodies, hotels, custodial facilities and other organisations as leaders, to deliver structural audits, strategic planning, business management and the development of systems and procedures to achieve optimal efficiency.

I have restructured and developed complex organisations in the public sector and private sector, with turnovers exceeding £10m. I have been an Operations Director and a Managing Director of two service provider companies in the United Kingdom, and have directed project work in South Africa, Australia, Canada, England and Scotland. I have also undertaken project / change management work for the European Commission in Romania and Georgia. I was the UK MD for an American company bidding for a multi-million pound contract in Scotland in 2004-2005.

I am an experienced trainer: I developed and delivered an Executive Development course for the most senior executives in the Home Office. The Directors of CREATE Business Management Services have delivered leadership and development training to executives in the USA since 1991, and has recently opened an office in Grand Rapids, Michigan to develop the potential of this market. I also spent three years leading multi-disciplinary teams auditing the outputs and systems of organisations, adopting an enabling role to support executives leading and transforming their organisations.
