of food manufacturing and catering operations, I had specific
experience in business planning, business strategy, office administration,
exporting via international fairs and trade delegations and Australian
markets. Corporate experience as a Funds manager in commercial
and the industrial property sector, including building management,
financial management, financial control (including debtor control),
records managment, reporting, audit requirements, valuation and
rating systems. Acting as an advisor to Government in regards
to planning and acquisition of Government office accommodation.
Airports Estate Management responsible for strategic planning,
capital development and all facets of daily operation which required
the procedure development and implementation. Experienced in
the operation and set up of business accounting and property
software Finance One, MYOB, QuickBooks, Sage, Paswin and
MRI.

Several years experience in medium and small business
as the MDO for small and medium operations, and also as a Senior
Corporate Executive in international corporations. Tertiary qualified
in Property and Finance (BBus WAIT), Accounting (WA Tech), Advanced
Diploma in Management (AIM). Memberships include the Property
Council of Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors
and Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Currently holding Board
positions in the health sector. Accredited Associate, Institute
for Independent Business (AInstIB).
