Have held a number of senior positions in Sales and Marketing,
Business Development, Customer Service and Project Management
(non IT). Sales and Marketing roles including Head of Marketing,
Head of Revenue Services, Head of Marketing Services and Business
Development Manager -Asia Pacific. Responsibility for a full
scope sales & marketing team - including customer acquisition,
customer retention, telemarketing, print and production, agency
management, relationship management,customer activation, cross-selling,
marketing insight, market research, marketing analysis, marketing
planning (strategic and tactical), direct mail, direct marketing,
affinity marketing, public relations, loyalty programmes, new
product development, new country launches, new product launches,
database marketing and customer profiling, fulfilment, statement
production, cheque production and credit card production, vendor
management. Customer Service roles include establishing a call
centre as part of a start up operation for Bank One International
(credit cards) I managed the call centre for the first year.
I have managed a number of sizeable (non IT) projects including
the MBNA start up in Ireland and the Bank One start up in the
UK. I was also involved in the business strategy for CPP's launch
in Asia.
