I have a great deal of generalist experience and can offer a broad range of support for businesses. Having originated from a financial background I can advise on aspects of banking and finance.

My Operations skills, whilst centering in the financial sector, have involved running businesses both strategically and operationally of up to 250 Staff with turnover of £8bn pa. This included a high volume (c1.5m transactions) low margin environment with a call centre attached.

I have dealt with the outsource of that business to a third party provider who also then engaged me as a consultant to Manage the transition and make operational improvements where I have saved them in excess of £1m in lost revenue.
