systems planner and designer. Specific areas of expertise include
Management Consulting ,Strategic Planning, Organizational Analysis,
Business/System Requirements Definition, database design and
implementation, marketing, teaching and implementing methodologies
and tools, as well as Corporate Management. I spent over 20 years
in the US Marine Corps, amassing over 3500 flight hours including
a tour of duty as aircraft commander in the unit tasked to provide
helicopter support to the President of the United States.

small to medium size enterprises (SMEs), Public Health, HIPAA,
CDC's National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS)
