I am a UK citizen but resident in Singapore for over 20 years.
While my background is systems and procedures I have spent the
last 10 years working in a company providing Supplier Management
Services, assisting clients (usually American or European) handle
relations with their Asian suppliers. Many of the customers were
SMBs providng me with insight to the shrotocmings of management
in such organisations. As well as assisting you with systems
and procedures for clients and I am well placed to assist you
and your clients who are buying from or outsourcing any process
to Asia. It may be that a preliminary visit is needed to determine
the viability and capability of the supplier or if an order has
already been placed, assistance may be required to ensure on-time
