General Management with a background in customer service, business to business selling and Sales Management I have served 9 years as MD/CEO of companies with a turnover ranging from $70 million to $250 million. I have extensive experience in change management, human resource management, recruitment and performance development. I was directly responsible for two acquisitions in the recruitment industry. I have good Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet understanding. I have Leadership development experience using the Human Synergistic Lifestyles Inventory tools to effect culture change and performance improvement. Succesful ISO Certification and Implementation across 6 recruitment brands. Company Director for 7 years.

I spent five years as CEO one of Australia's largest private group of specialist recruitment firms including six brands and a combined turnover of $100million. This group now leads the recruitment industry in staff retention by implementing best practice staff training and development programs and an extensive leadership program. Its top 25% of staff have utilised the Human Synergistic LSI tools.During my time there we experienced a significant cultural and performance improvement. The company was a 2006 Victorian AHRI Excellence in People Management award winner and was nominated for the National Award.. I oversaw the installation of an Australia wide Management Information System covering candidate search, screening, interviewing information storing, rostering, time sheeting, OHS, payroll and invoicing.

Prior to this assignment I was Chief Executive of NZ's largest printer of catalogues and Magazines and General Manager of Australia's biggest magazine printer. I deliver sales and customer service coaching modules that can easily be modified to suit individual client needs. By using Dr Lousig-Nont's "Sales Succes Profiles." as a unique diagnostic tool I can take the guess work out of managing sales people and understanding their key areas of strength and room for development. The diagnostic measures a persons sales skills in the 13 key areas critical to a succesful career in sales. It then benchmarks these against 300,000 sales professionals. The critical skills include rapport building, overcoming objections, closing skills, presentation skills, telephone technique, time management, qualifying buyers, problem handling, prospecting and cold calling etc, I have used this tool over the last 10 years for the development of sales teams with great success. I have an extensive library of off the shelf easily modified customer service and sales coaching modules.
