My focus is creating companies that execute and close
the dreaded gap between strategy and financial results. I use
tools and methodologies I have created and procured during my
23 year, five continent, consulting and speaking career. Our
approach is a combination of consulting, coaching and utilizing
IT solutions. We work in tandem with other consultants who focus
on more specific areas but realize they don't have the skill
set to deal with the leadership and people issues with the strength
of conviction they'd be comfortable with.
Core Experience of Principals:
Implementing Netsuite ERP systems in small and mid
size businesses. I have 17 years implementing ERP systems on
a variety of platforms, namely SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft. Worked
internationally as interim CEO and COO, consulted on 5 continents,
present key note addresses to corporate functions, published
articles and co authored two management focused books. Implemented
multi country ERP systems, managed projects with over 250 consultants,
and budgets over $100M. On time and even under budget.
My major business' technology was sold in 18 months for a
significant chunk of change! This increased my international
exposure and I moved from South Africa to the USA, and have traveled
extensively to clients across the globe since 1997
