In my roles as Finance Director I have managed international and UK growth, raised VC funding (£5m) for growth, worked on VC funding for e-commerce startup, sold a software company through trade sale to NASDAQ listed PLC, realising owner and VC exit. I also worked with Great Plains and subsequently Microsoft Business Solutions in Europe to integrate the acquisition into their business.
