He has extensive experience in policy development, research, submission writing and presentations to identified stakeholders whilst managing the national profile of the business.

Whilst working closely with politicians and advisors, he has worked closely with peak industry representative bodies and various representative organizations across Australia. Stan possesses proven experience as a Director and Chair of Boards and has been instrumental in putting in place strategic planning processes, facilitating and developing strategic plans, succession planning for senior managers and an advisory service for members.
