Industry Sectors worked in:
After receiving a bursary from a life insurance company, Ben spent 20 years in the South African life insurance management, including a stint in a large life insurance company operating across North America. During this period, Ben trained salespeople and sales managers who became successes beyond formal employment to become business owners in their own right. He spent another ten years as a Chief Provincial Bank Executive, managing over 80 branches with a cross-cultural staff complement in excess of one-and-half thousand employees.

Ben has been involved in reconstructing and transforming corporate business South Africa by acting as a change agent through the auspices of the Black Management Forum for over 20 years. He also served as a facilitator for an organisation called Interdependence and Transformation in South Africa (ITISA). In his current community-building role as a leader of the South African Liquor Traders Association, Ben continues to advocate for the success of businesses in the Liquor Retail sector.
