Core Experience of Principals:
After many years as an electronic design technician, I moved into production management. My first challenge was the conversion of a batch production line into a flow line. I have subsequently specialized in manufacturing, and in particular production management. I gained hands on experience of the challenges facing small businesses, and have, of late, specialized in strategic evaluation and planning as well as BBBEE implementation.

I established and ran a small business (6 staff) supplying specialized electrical subassemblies to equipment manufacturers.
