Core Experience
of Principals:
Sales to retail and wholesale accounts, including
Costco, TK Maxx, JJB, Sports Soccer, Sports Direct, Lakeland,
Scotts of Stow and M and M Sports. Retail turnaround, dramatically
increasing sales in a short period of time. Specific successes
have been in sports and florists but the formula and fundamentals
apply to every retailer. Normally only a small investment (hundreds
of pounds not thousands) in additional equipment is required.
Developing and designing new products (clothing, textiles, homeware
and toiletries) and brands with customers, sourcing them through
an importer, covering all the QC requirements and critical path
issues. Having run my own business for 12 years I am aware of
a vast number of pitfalls to avoid and business to go after.
