Azim specialises in helping client organisations to grow their business, either organically or by acquisition, and to increase their profits. He is a strategy development professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Azim offers practical assistance either through taking part-time executive responsibility or through an advisory role and will take primary responsibility for an acquisition or disposal process where appropriate, managing other advisers as required.

Azim has held senior positions in Bass plc (now demerged) and had worked for Bain & Company, a leading strategy advisory firm. He has excellent process evaluation, change management, communication, technical and project management skills with foreign language and cross-cultural capability. He is also a non-executive director of a £20m family business for which he has undertaken a number of assignments in addition to his director's responsibilities.
