Head of Business Development department, Nordic retail-company (turnover through core business 5,2 billion EUR). Director Marketing- & Business Development, Swedish retail-company (2.3 billion EUR). B2C; several years as Marketing Manager, R&D Manager and Sales Manager. B2B; a couple of years as Consultant within retail development, against SME´s (corporate management issues, handling strategic business development and more tactical & technical issues like for ex planning and establish stores).

I have a total good outlook of those parameters & prerequisites required to ensure a well-functioning business; since I have been a member of the management group of many large companies since 1994. I am very used to managing large change processes from vision & strategy to implementation, regarding both business concepts and marketing. I am a driving force who always makes sure I deliver the assignment I have received.
