I am a quality specialist working with companies who want or need to improve upon the way they do business primarily with ISO 9000 and Business Excellence. I am also an experienced ISO 9000 Lead Assessor working with Quality and Environmental Certification - QEC, a UKAS accredited assessment company and as a Lead Assessor Trainer with QECT.

As you may know the new standard, ISO 9000:2000 is now available and companies that are currently registered will need to think about bringing their system up to the new level. For those interested in self assessment using the Business Excellence Model, a new product is now available.
