Eric is a very effective peak performance coach; he focuses on
closing the gap between where individuals are, and where they
are capable of being, in both their personal & professional
life. Originally trained in leadership in the Royal Navy where
he gained experience in some of the harshest environments in
the world, including 3 trips into the Artic Circle and experiencing
numerous hurricanes. Trained in Mountain leadership, Eric spent
10 years in coaching boys between the ages of 11 & 21 developing
confidence & self-esteem. Although he played Rugby at a senior
level, he qualified as a Football Association Referee and coached
in his spare time as, Rules of the Game Coach for the FA. Becoming
a Mentor & Coach for the Princes Trust is recognition of
his abilities. As Managing Director of Simply Coaching Ltd, Executive,
Sales and personal mentoring is the cornerstone of his business,
Simply Coaching also represents all Coaching in its generic form,
