I particularly offer services in the business review
arena helping organisations to formulate strategies and plans
for development and growth and in problem solving situations.
I offer a 'company doctor' service in support of business plans
and problem situations especially cash and working capital management
and cost cutting and control. I can prepare business plans, financial
plans and project plans. Also I am in a position to provide marketing
advice and have access to specialist marketing services that
are appropriate for all SMEs. Through other links I can provide
help and support with recruitment and selection, job descriptions
and psychometric testing. I also specialise in project team development
and in assisting them to work better together and to be more
effective. I can offer project management training. I can provide
training and development in a number of subjects and can also
offer IT training in Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft
Word & Excel.

working capital and cash flow management, budgeting and management
information. Strategic and business planning, corporate/business
reviews, objective setting and strategy workshops. Management

A trained facilitator with considerable experience of devising
and running workshops for groups for a variety of issues and
activities. Experienced in using psychometric testing including
