I have owned and successfully operated small businesses for almost 30 yrs, employing from 30 to 100 staff at times. My key skills are to recognise what is missing/required in business and then plan and implement change in all aspects of the business. I have strong business management and technical skills in product design, establishing, manufacturing facilities and associated logistics. My experience includes product selection, import and national distribution networks. I have 5 years experience in Business Broking, sales and aquisitions and the procurement of land for large scale developments.

I have a diverse business background with many years at the "coal face" and have the experience and maturity to deal with most problems that occur in small business, from product design to establishing production, sales and marketing, staffing issues, cash flow, lack of direction etc. I recently spent 5yrs as a Business Broker handling sales up to $11m.producing business reports and valuations. I consult to Land Developers on large scale developments.

Mechanical Fitter and Turner, Diesel Fitter, Certificate of Export, Certificate in Real Estate Management, Business Broking, Surf Life Saving Bronze Medal, Rotary International Paul Harris Fellowship "Awarded for services to Business and the Community".

Sheet Metal Manufacturing of retail, building and commercial products from tool boxes, wood-burning stoves, aluminium boats, street scape furniture, heavy pressings CNC turret punching, Gas appliances BBQ's to Gas hot water systems.
