in the IT service and consulting industry. As the Senior Partner
For Xtend Consulting, I developed IT outsourcing operations in
China and India for a client in the US, including six months
in China as the General Manager for their 250-employee company.
Prior to that I was a Divisional General Manager for a company
in Virginia USA, responsible for the start-up of a division focused
on business intelligence solutions. In this position I was involved
in the creation of the strategy plan of one the United State
government departments. I have also served as Vice President
of Consulting for a $1.4 billion dollar company and I have been
a CEO of two other technology start-ups. As a CEO, I managed
to obtain 3 million dollars of finance for a company in Chicago.
During my career I helped several large organizations create
effective strategies and management performance systems. As an
IT practice leader I have managed to increase sales from 3 million
to 9 million in one year. I was also the major driving force
behind the design of the "Visual Performance" suite
of products for strategy implementation and management. |
