Costs and Fees
For carrying out a detailed survey of your premises and producing
a report with recommendations and a proposal for remedial actions,
including either a return to your premises to present the report
or posting the report to you, whichever is agreed at the time
of the survey visit, the following fees apply:
NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES FEE
Up to 20 employees £400.00 plus VAT
21 - 35 employees £500.00 plus VAT
36 - 50 employees £600.00 plus VAT
Above 50 employees Add £50.00 plus VAT for every 10 (or
part thereof) employees above 50.
e.g. 77 employees = £750.00 plus VAT
Additional Costs:
Under 50 miles from my office NONE
50 - 100 miles additional £50.00 plus VAT
Over 100 miles Additional £25.00 plus VAT for every 50
miles (or part thereof) travelled
e.g. 137 miles = £75.00 plus VAT
For carrying out any remedial work based on the health &
safety survey report, the costs will be fully identified in the
proposal section of the report. The work to be done will of course
be mutually agreed and understood prior to commencement. The
amount of work to be undertaken will naturally influence the
costs, particularly if the premesis is located over 100 miles
away, where an additional charge for overnight accommodation
will apply. The travel costs above, however, will be offset against
this and clearly identified in any proposal.
