I have 15 years experience from General Management
roles, mainly as CFO but also as Deputy MD for Sweden and for
Nordic and as Interim MD. Experience from Strategic planning,
Merger & Acqusitions, Human Resources, Negotiations, Copyright,
Business Strategies, Change management, Outsourcing and Finance
& Administration.
Language skills English and the Scandinavian Countries. I have
worked with my own business (Birkastan Business Consulting) for
the last two years. I have during this time mainly worked with
tasks within the Swedish book industry. In april 2007 was my
report - Mapping a more efficient process between the publishers
and bookshops and identifying the existing areas which is considered
to be the most deviated from an optimal process published. I
have a problemsolving mind and are an informal business orientated
person.

My main working experience is from the mediasector
- publishing companies within the music, radio and book areas.
Also operating knowledge from wholesales, retail and the restaurant
sector. I have both experience from large corporation with daugher
companies in Sweden and head offices in New York, London and
Paris and more local business with operation in the nordic countries.
