and recovery, business turnaround ,customer sales and service
( including developing and operating large customer contact centres
both in the UK and offshore in India) and corporate compliance.Early
working career with UDT( corporate credit analyst), Debenhams(
internal auditor) , British Aircraft Corporation( cost accounting,
Concorde project) and Brooks Cleaners( project accountant). Happy

Member of the Institute of Credit Management and holder of
the Finance Houses Diploma. Completed Chartered Secretary's examinations
in 1976 and passed OMEGA international banking skills assessment
