Currently chairman of a trade association for Pharmaceutical SMEs with 46 member companies - responsibilities involve engaging with Government Ministers and officials on UK pharmaceutical pricing as well as all of the other business and regulatory factors that affect a UK company.

My last full time role (end 2007) was as CEO in the turnaround of a UK SME. This involved restructuring the business, building a new management team, significant change management, developing a new business model, business to business marketing and taking the business to sale.

Previously VP Europe and Sales & Marketing Director at two different medical device companies. Responsibilities included UK sales and marketing and a global distributor network.
