Long term management consultant with experience in
both delivery and account management. I have extensive
experience of managing consultancy projects and systems development
and implementation projects in both the public and private sectors.
I have also successfully sold consultancy, systems development
and IT outsourcing services to global pharmaceutical companies.
A significant part of my delivery experience has been to develop
information and IT strategies and investment cases for both public
and private sector organisations and to lead work to define systems
requirements and design new systems. In addition, I have
led work to develop business strategies, including for the use
of eLearning and intranets, conduct operational reviews, review
and redesign processes and many aspects of change management.
I have also acted as an internal trainer for both consultancy
skills and account management techniques and an external trainer
helping a pharmaceutical sales force to understand the changing
health services.
