I have been responsible for creating a franchise from concept
including research, to designing and writing the procedures and
operations manuals through to selling franchises, conducting
training and monitoring of performance.
Since 2008 I have focused on a niche involving independent contractor
compliance under the Personal Services Income Legislation. All
people who exchange personal services for an hourly rate are
automatically caught under this legislation unless they can pass
one of two exemptions. The area I consult in is the provision
of a robust, proven and compliant methodology (under the results
test).
