Core Experience of Principals:
Product Development/Marketing, Sales Management and Corporate Finance I have spent several years in the semi-conductor industry. I have product development expertise and implemented European market entry strategies. Later I managed a global sales team (US, Japan, Germany & UK) supporting customers sites worldwide. After my MBA I went to work for Merrill Lynch in the Telecomms Investment Banking Group. I was involved in projects such as demerger of mmO2 from BT.

I have worked extensively in US, Japan, Germany & Europe. Recently I have principally been involved in the financial re-structuring / turnaround of companies in an effort to avoid insolvency proceedings. I consider myself an effective troubleshooter

Qualifications:
BSc/MEng in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, MBA with Distinction from Manchester Business School, SFA registered. Accredited Associate, Institute for Independent Business.
