operational management, I ventured into the commercial world
some 17 years ago. I have had great success with change management
and reducing operational costs. I have implemented various cost
reduction programmes and believe that whilst there is a great
deal of technological systems, it really all comes down to motivation
and getting the best of all employees - making the difference
in going the extra mile. I have implemented various policies
and schemes which have resulted in operational efficiency, especially
with lead times and right first time delivery. Specifically I
have decreased operational costs significantly and at the same
time increased operating efficiency.
