Core Experience of Principals:
Core experience is in the Engineering / Project Management / Technical and Finance / Investment Banking sectors. My Engineering, Project Management and Technical experience was gained working with Lend Lease Corporation, General Motors - Holden's and Schlumberger Wireline Services. My Finance and Investment Banking experience was gained working for Hambros Bank and JP Morgan in Australia and New York leading project teams providing corporate advice. I have been a director of many Public and Private Companies including a Director for over 10 years with Innovic (the Victorian Innovation Centre) assisting inventors and innovators.

My areas of speciality are finance (all areas), technical (particularly the development and commercialisation of new Intellectual Property), corporate strategy and alternate dispute resolution (negotiation & mediation). I have been involved in a number of floats (IPO's) and many fund raisings, including equity, debt and quasi-debt. Current technical projects include RFID, scanning, non-invasive testing, explosives detection and the use of technologies to solve problems and create opportunities for SME's in conjunction with the Physics Department of the University of Melbourne.

Qualifications:
B.Eng (Mech.); MBA; Licensed Securities Dealer issued by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission; Trained Negotiator and Mediator.
