Mark Desrosiers has over twenty five years of significant
business leadership, advisory and general management experience,
which all began with him successfully doing a start-up operation
for a small business. Mark then hired and developed others to
do the same. While helping the small business grow and reach
new heights, he worked his way up through the ranks at all levels
and grew right along with it. Ultimately Mark became the Executive
VP (chief operations and administrative officer roles) of what
evolved into the largest American owned company in the industry.
He performed all functions of a contract customer service business
serving all industries nation-wide, while having full P&L
responsibility for not only line service, sales, and support
operations, but also for human capital management and strategic
sourcing through both organic as well as acquisition growth.
The business went from being named one of America's 200 Best
Small Companies by Forbes to the only company in the industry
listed as one of Training Magazine's Top 100 and one of AARP's
Featured Employers. Mark has now come full circle and gone back
to his passion, taking what he has learned over the years to
