turnarounds, change management, business process re-engineering,
implementation of quality management systems, project management,
acquisitions/disposals, preparation for IPO and transfer of technology
and manufacturing from UK to China and North America.
My senior roles have been within UK and North American organisations
who provide products and services to major global telecomm companies.
My experience covers operational sites with headcount from 10
550 people in UK, Canada and China. My business development
and supply chain management activities within Europe, North America,
China, Japan, Australia and South East Asia have developed a
strong understanding of business and cultural differences which
need to be recognised for a successful business relationship.
I am therefore interested in any international collaborative
client opportunities in addition to work within the UK.

Industry Sectors worked in:
Most recent experience within the construction sector in
UK and Spain and also within the UK leisure sector. Majority
of experience in the microwave subsystems and components business
for ground based and airborne applications for the military,
satellite and commercial communications sector. Earlier experience
gained within the aircraft and automotive sectors.
