As an entrepreneur of 25 years experience I have performed
the role of MD in a number of successful start ups that have
grown from small to medium size businesses. My key areas of expertise
are: Sales - both direct and indirect sales in a business to
business environment. Marketing - all aspects including product
development, product management, market analysis and promotion.
Alliances, partnerships and distribution agreements, especially
within the IT industry Acquisitions and mergers to help accelerate
growth. Arranging and negotiating company sales and exit plans
to realise the rewards of success.
The IT sector has great attraction for many new businesses who
see it as an exciting and quick way to millionaire status. The
reality is that few make the big time and in such a fast moving
and rapidly changing industry failure or stagnation is far too
common. As an experienced entrepreneur who has started and successfully
sold four IT companies I have the skill and knowledge to provide
guidance and help in areas of growth, market focus and sales;
as well as mergers acquisitions and exit plans. Of course many
of these skills apply equally well to other B2B areas outside
of IT
