BSC(Hons) Food Technology-graduated 72-Univ. of Reading, National College of Food Technology City and Guilds Technicians and Advanced Crafts-Baking Technology and Flour Confectionery. Numerous Management certificates in time management,project management,Kepnor Tregoe,advanced management studies

Core Experience:
General/Operational/Technical and Directorships within the Food Industry, Worked in project management of the design,installation and commissioning of food factories,both U.K. and overseas-Turkey,Yugoslavia,Middle East,Caribbean,Australia and South Africa-Emigrated to South Africa in 82,spent 18 years within the R.S.A. food industry functiong in the above roles- Finally founded my own business manufacturing rice products.Considerable experience in change management.

  Industry:
Food and process technology-I have worked in virtually every food processing disciples except fish processing.Detailed knowledge of canning,heat stabilised foods ,dairy,chilled,bakery,baby foods,sauce/marinade processing and frozenproducts. I have also spent considerable time in the printing and packaging environments and specialist in new product project management launches of NPD products from concept to distribution to the trade. Considerable time spent within the Marketing forum.
