including union negotiations. Introduced Customer Relationship

and Sales and Marketing area up to Director level. Conducted
business assessments and both identified and implemented areas
for improvement in Johnson and Johnson businesses in South Africa,
Europe and the USA. Previous management consulting experience
working as a management consultant and Divisional Manager. Six
sigma qualified 'greenbelt' with specialist business knowledge
of business process re-engineering, manufacturing, materials
management and logistics.
