I have run sales organisations ranging from 7 to 110
people. And up to £100M pa turnover, with P&L responsibility,
with a proven record of achieving substantial growth targets.
I have also developed a "Customer Business Planning"
methodology which is working succesfully in different sectors
from IT solutions to Water Services. This is a (much simpler
to implement) version of the (very expensive) sales methodologies
I have used in the past 10 years or so. Experience of building
a business from a small company (£250k T/O), to being a
significant company (£300M). Since joining the iiB I have
co-founded a business, with regional drainage contractors providing
a drainage claims management service to the UK insurance industry.

Business.
