Garth Borgelt Dip Mgmt. FAIDC
Garth has worked in the Energy Industry for 25 years. He was
the General Manager of, and alternate Director for, NT Gas and
was the State Manager Western Australia for Agility (a subsidiary
of the 8 billion dollar Australian Gas Light Company).Garth has
a history of achieving outstanding business development and growth
for the areas under his influence. He has extensive experience
in all aspects of organizational, cultural and commercial business
activities. He is equally at home working with industry regulators,
government officials, indigenous and other stakeholders as he
is working on site with team members Garth is a Fellow of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chairman of the
WA Chapter of the Australian Pipeline Industry Association, is
a Director of two companies and 'in his spare time' is completing
an MBA.
Karen Borgelt Dip. Ed. MBA
Karen has 25 years experience in providing consulting and training
services to Governments and companies throughout the world. Passionate
about helping people to improve their knowledge and skill she
has worked with people from all socio-economic and educational
backgrounds. Karen has delivered training and consultancy services
to more than 800 companies and has provided troubleshooting services
to enhance organizational performance both nationally and internationally.
She has been a guest lecturer at numerous Universities including
the Universities of Michigan, Philippines, NSW, Florida and Charles
Darwin University. She draws upon an extensive background in
management, including her experience in leading organizations
through rapid growth and fundamental change. Karen has worked
with a wide range of people from Boards of Directors, to white
and blue collar workers to the so called disadvantaged sector-
including people who have physical and intellectual disabilities,
the long-term unemployed, indigenous and the aged in her quest
to help make meaningful education available and non-elitist.
She is currently working on her PhD in the dual fields of Management
and Education.
