from an HR perspective. These have covered growth, downsizing,
mergers and reorganisations, the largest of which covered over
60,000 employees, 400 sites and 6 regions. I have headed up an
H.R. function and covered Recruitment, Selection, Succession
Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organisational
Design, Employee Communications, Team Development, Leadership
Development, Coaching and HR Strategy.
For the last 4 years I have been working with Senior Executives
and their teams to improve business performance through one on
one coaching and facilitating team events. In addition I've completed
HR assignments working with teams on Organisational Design, Completed
a Communications Audit, Developed an HR Strategy, Talent Management
Strategy and developed a Reward Strategy for two organisations
with detailed implementation plans.
