Management, founded in July 2001 by Claude Beauport, MSc Eng.
We follow Management philosophy based on the "TOYOTA"
concept. It means that we integrate concepts like Kaizen, "Lean
Thinking", Six Sigma, etc... We see our mission in scanning,
developing and implementing methodologies in order to improve
the profitability and effectiveness of the Customer's operation.
Therefore our mission is not limited to technical matters but
covers full-integrated management system, involving all stakeholders
acting along the Value Creating Chain. We are focusing especially
the field of "Energy" and "Facility" Management
and we contribute to downsize the impact of "Energy/Facility"
on the cost of the product manufactured. Within this frame, we
promote Integrated Management applied on the field of Energy
/ Facility. It means also that we integrate our activities within
the logic of Supply Chain Management and Maintenance. We cover

Starting as MSc in Civil Engineering, I did wide up my expertise
in other fields (Thermal / Heat / Energy/Mecanical) My professional
life covered all phases: Design, Site, Project Management, marketing,
Business development, Director of subsidiary and Business Units
on an international level. I am fluent in French (mother tongue),
