Core Experience of Principal:
Experience of managing and improving small and medium-sized
businesses in a variety of sectors. Maintained responsibility
for day to day financial, operational and administrative matters
including financial and management accounting, implementing mid-range
ERP system and accounting packages, improving financial systems
and controls, project management, Sarbanes Oxley requirements,
preparation of business plans for funding or other requirements,
cashflows, budgets, outsourcing accounts functions, and man-management
of up to 65 staff. Have undertaken financial due-diligence exercises
from both the acquirer and seller viewpoint and have experience
of selling businesses. Have worked significantly in Europe and
Asia - including 12 months in Mumbai, India, as interim MD within
a Shared Service Centre of a French multi national operating
in Advertising & Media. Keen to implement bottom-line improvements
within any organisation.
An experienced financial manager having worked in a variety of
sectors and have helped improve organisations with which I have
been involved. Am a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic
Programming - the study of human excellence), having studied
with Paul McKenna Training, and believe this can also be used
by MDO's to help identify and achieve their goals.
