IT systems and budgetary tools had important applications for
accounting improvements and fiscal policies at UAPB and QualChoice
that created long-term prosperity in support of company goals.
In my CFO role at UAPB, I shepherded the University through one
of the more expansive physical plant and program developments
of its 133 years.

come to mind are: a) improving the information available for
decision making or its usefulness, often through the use of IT;
b) inspiring people to excel; and c) coming up with creative
