Bob is a former General Manager in the Chemical, Electronics and Nuclear sectors with overseas experience in the USA and Europe.

During his career he has gained extensive experience in facilities management, project management, outsourcing, quality assurance, IIP and in particular Health & Safety, where he became a qualified H&S Manager for a company with a very wide range of inherent hazards.

Bob specialises in helping SME's to set up H & S systems and working with senior management and staff to improve awareness and understanding and has a very personalised approach ideal for working with people at all levels. He can also be of particular assistance to organisations looking for integrated approaches to Health & Safety, Quality, Employment & Personnel and IIP.

As a qualified chemist, Bob has held positions in companies such as Johnson Matthey and International Nickel and held a senior engineering post at one of the major gas board production and distribution plants.
