A professional leader with a record of successful planning, integration and implementation of organizational strategic goals and human resource development in a number of different settings. Experience includes twenty three years in training and administration in a private educational setting, across a broad range of responsibilities including developing and marketing local and international student programs, recruitment, training, and assessment of staff, industry research, benchmarking and strategic planning.

I am a general management specialist in every sense of the word. My work has required me to develop skills across a number of areas and my passion is developing leaders and setting corporate ethos or milieu. I have lead a number of projects that have covered areas such as developing complete policy and procedure manuals for staff and board (leadership), needs assessment and recommendations and most recently a major IT initiative that saw the growth of a LAN from 10 to 238 computers running on a "thin client" network. This not only included the physical hardware related issues but also searching for software resellers, and staff upgrading and training.
