First year new door openings totaled 212 and retail sales increased
by +53%. As Vice President of Retail Business Development, I
conceived and implemented a new retail business model for a Fortune
500 direct seller. First two years of results included the opening
of 4 in-line stores and 79 mall kiosks with retail sales of $26
mil.. As VP of Sales I lead the efforts of positioning a small
family owned upscale watch manufacturer for future accelerated
growth into jewelry, leather goods and sunglasses. Redesigned
and implemented a new internal sales administration department
and field sales organization. Successfully launched a new jewelry
line into prestige department stores and significantly improved
customer service....other qualifications ... created and implemented
an on-line "Center of Excellence" for the training
of retail principles, field selling fundamentals and "consumer-centric"
in-store selling strategies...leadership role in the design of
